RTP Fitness is the oldest continually-running health club and gym in North Carolina, we’ve been here 40 years while the others have come and gone. We are not a “big box” corporate chain club or a cookie-cutter franchise that treats you like a number. We are a family-owned and operated gym and fitness club and when you walk through our doors we know your name and we’re glad to see you- we are your neighborhood fitness club.
Our 11,000 square foot facility is fully-equipped with some of the best free weight, cardio, and resistance machines in the area. Our members range from former NFL players to young professionals to single moms to college students to RTP professionals to competitive lifters to retirees- and what they all share in common is a desire to be in a place that’s serious about health and fitness, that has the best equipment at the best price, and where everybody knows your name.
So, if you’re looking for a place with lots of fancy furniture and amenities (and the fancy prices that go along with it!), we’re probably not the place for you. If you’re looking for a place that’s serious about fitness and has the best people, prices and value, you should drop by and pay us a visit…
Our facility includes: – The best-equipped free weight area in the Triangle – Hammer Strength machines – Body Master machines – Nautilus machines – Treadmills – Bicycles – Cross Trainers – Stairmasters – Group fitness classes- Boot Camps, Convict Conditioning, Personal Training (Group and Individual) with some of the most qualified and experienced Trainers in the area- our Trainers average 8+ years experience – Specialized Evening Classes- Aikido with Sensei Gil Fitts and Jiu Jitsu with Ross Duncan – Great Prices on Nutritional Supplements

i love RTP Fitness! my husband and i used to go all the time until our schedules got a little busy. But things have gone down, and so has my fitness! Tomorrow i plan on renewing my membership at the best gym in the triangle! it feels like home! everyone knows my husband and i and its so welcoming! thanks RTP Fitness!
