By carefully analyzing your personal goals, nutritional intake, exercise history and fitness assessments, we will design an exercise program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs.

Personal Training Programs

  • Weight Loss Programs: focusing on exercise and diet programs to help you lose weight
  • Sport-Specific Programs:we’re offering programs focused on athletic training for specific sports, including:
    1. Football
    2. Marathon Running
    3. Basketball
  • Strength-Conditioning: programs focused on increasing your strength in general as well as programs targeted for folks interested in more serious lifting
  • Functional Fitness- including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for improved cardio fitness and health, corrective exercises for specific injury recovery, and improved overall health


Personal Training is being offered either as Individual Sessions or as Packages. Pricing is as follows:

Fitness Assessment- initial Assessment is Free to all Members

Including body fat analysis, VO2 Max (aerobic fitness), Functional Movement screening, health & fitness goals.

Individual Sessions

  • 60 Minute Session:      $55
  • 45 Minute Session:      $50

Packages- 45 Minute Sessions

  • 4 Sessions:     $200
  • 8 Sessions:    $360
  • 12 Sessions:  $480
  • 24 Sessions:  $840
